    These three words describe how we operate at Prism Marketing Services. Our firm is unique in that we specialize in providing a complete array of marketing services for small to medium size companies. Our structure and the experience of our staff provide us with a thorough understanding of the challenges that companies face today.

Experience
    Since 1996 the staff of Prism Marketing Services has provided a multitude of services to more than 50 clients. Many of our clients don't have an internal marketing department or even a marketing staff person. We provide these clients with not only the strategic support but also the program development and implementation services that they need.

    Our key personnel have decades of experience. Our clients range from business service firms, manufacturers, equipment distributors, financial institutions, various non-profit organizations and others. We bring these in-depth backgrounds together for our clients to not simply provide them with a marketing program, but an integrated marketing solution.

Affordability
    Since its inception, Prism Marketing has developed close partnerships with service providers in Upstate New York. With these strong, long-lasting relationships we can choose the correct suppliers for each client. We don't rely on a staff of artists, copywriters, or publicists expecting them to be able to know and work well in every industry. Our partners each have their own experiences and expertise and we match that up to our clients needs.

    Not only does this save our clients money by only having to pay for the hours spent on their program and not overhead, but it also allows us to choose vendors based on available budgets and meet our client's needs.

Service
    At Prism Marketing we consider personalized service that adapts to each client's needs to be paramount. Each customer is different and we realize this. It is our goal to build strong relationships in which we not only provide successful programs but also make the working process as easy and comfortable as possible.

    Much of our business today comes from the same clients that we worked in the early days of the company. This doesn't happen by mistake, it happens because our clients are extremely satisfied with our performance as well as the extra benefits that we provide.
